Just Unmistakable Flavors Everyone will Love!
I was 12 years old and was ready to move on from my Easy Bake Oven. I wanted to bake for real but my mom wasn’t comfortable letting me use the oven because I had an altercation with the toaster the week prior. So off to the craft store we went to try and find a new hobby that didn’t include burning down the house. We found ourselves in the Wilton aisle and my mom got me my first chocolate truffle mold. Unbeknownst to her, I would burn A LOT of chocolate in the microwave and she probably should have just let me use the oven to bake brownies. At the time, Wilton had fillings in tubes that I would use in my chocolates. They were like frosting and way too sweet. Around age 16, I decided to ditch the sugary fillings and make my own ganaches. Over the years I made so many different flavors. I currently offer 75 flavors, and think up and create new ones all the time so the list is forever growing. About 7 years ago, I was working at a wine bar and they were looking to add chocolates to their menu. They would bring in different chocolatiers in the area and have us taste the chocolates. While they were good, they were not cost effective for our little wine bar. I told the owners about my odd talent and my chocolate truffles were on the menu a week later. Word got out and I eventually gained two more venues that carry my truffles. Here we are 7 years later, in 4 spots such as a bistro, wine bar, cocktail bar and Coffee Bar.
